Helm modern slavery statement

This statement is made by BullWall Holding ApS for itself and its subsidiaries BullWall Group A/S (trading as Helm), BullWall Denmark A/S, BullWall Limited (UK) and BullWall Inc. (US) (together “Helm”, “we” or “us”). We publish it voluntarily, in line with section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. Forced labour and human trafficking have no place in our business or our supply chains, and we have taken steps to identify and minimise that risk.

Risk analysis

As a software company with offices in Denmark, the United Kingdom and the United States, we consider our risk of modern slavery to be low. We review our external consultants and suppliers to identify any based in countries at higher risk of forced labour. Our assessments so far show that all of them are located in low-risk countries.

We respect the dignity and fundamental rights of everyone who works with or for us, and we communicate this openly to our employees, external consultants and suppliers. We will not support or deal with any business that we know to be involved in slavery or human trafficking.

This statement applies to all persons:

  1. working for any Helm group company or on our behalf, in any capacity, including employees at all levels

  2. acting as our contractors, external consultants or suppliers

We are committed to:

  1. acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships

  2. implementing and enforcing controls to prevent modern slavery anywhere in our business or our supply chains

  3. working with our partners and suppliers to uphold the same standards

Breaches and reporting concerns

Any employee who breaches this statement will face disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct. We may terminate our relationship with external consultants and suppliers working on our behalf if they breach this statement. Anyone can raise a concern in confidence by contacting legal@bullwall.com.
